I hold an AAS degree in Building Management and Maintenance with an extensive background in construction and inspection. Also, Certified Master Inspector and Certified Commercial Property Inspector are a few of the credentials I have acquired. Additionally. as a member of InterNACHI, you can be assured that I am trained and qualified.

BIO SKETCH TIMELINE OF SCOTT MACK

2012 - 2015
Studied at WNY School of Real Estate for Home Inspection to include 140 hours of resident training and 80 hours of field training Passed the state exam. Acquired the NYS license and insurance.
Started mentoring and training for property and home inspection in Buffalo and WNY areas with (Guardsman Home Inspections). Completed over 12 hours of resident Continuing Education. Additionally, completed over 140 hours of DL continuing education. In October 2014 became a member of InterNACHI. Became IAC2 certified in Radon testing and Mold Testing.
Began doing inspections as Mack Inspections. Became InterNACHI Certified Home Energy Inspector. Completed 12 hours of resident continuing education. Finished over 40 hours of DL continuing education. Performed over 200 consultations and inspections.
2016 - Current
Formed Mack Property Inspections, LLC. Completed NYS Licensed Mold Assessor training. Completed over 250 hours of continuing education. Acquired an AAS degree program in Building Management and Maintenance. Became certified as a Commercial Property Inspector with CCPIA. Likewise, became a Certified Master Inspector which upholds the highest standard in the industry.
Acquired a license as an NYS Real Estate Salesperson. Became certified as a Home Energy Scorer with NYSERDA. Also obtained a Level 1 Thermal Imaging Certificate. In conclusion, secured the SC Home Inspection License in 2021.
In the years since launching the business, over 3,000 residential inspections have been completed, and membership was established with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), further strengthening a commitment to industry-leading standards.
